My name is Tara and I'm a Reluctant Yogi. I came to Yoga and Meditation out of necessity as a highly anxious teen with a traumatic background and a strong dose of perfectionism. Mindfulness practices used little and often over time allowed me to galvanize my commitment to a life dedicated to health, vitality and a deep sense of contentment.

I'm an Army spouse of a 30 year Veteran, an RYT 500E yoga instructor and YACEP educator, a certified iRest Meditation instructor and a Shiatsu-Anma massage practitioner of +20 years.

My heart felt mission is to share accessible practices with you in an format to fit your lifestyle.

These byte size instructional experiences, plus one+one help, allow you to meet your inner Reluctant Archetype and invite it into action towards your own goals of health, vitality and contentment.

I bring not only yoga and meditation practices to the table but also elements from my other interests and professions: Potter, Personal Trainer, Shiatsu and Chinese Abdominal Massage practitioner, Qi Gong enthusiast and cook.
